Animal Damage Protection Requirement
With almost 90 million Americans owning pets, allowing renters with pets greatly increases the potential pool of tenants. But what do you do about potential damage? Not all Tenant Liability policies cover such damage. However, all our tenants with pets are required to maintain appropriate coverage. Further, this requirement is extended to those tenants with service animals or emotional support animals.
Eviction Protection Program
We understand the challenges that come with evicting a tenant. With our Eviction Protection Program, we coordinate with a third-party insurance provider who will cover a portion of the costs related to unlawful detainer suits.
Landlord Protection Program
We are fully aware of the financial hardship and stress owners can face if a tenant damages your Investment Property and/or skips out on rent. With our Landlord Protection Program, designed to ease this burden, we coordinate with a third-party insurance provider to provide coverage for malicious damage, theft, damage due to theft or a tenant skipping out on rent.
Tenant Liability Requirement
You should not have to pay when a Tenant causes damage to your Investment Property. As such, all our tenants are required to maintain an appropriate liability policy that covers these events.
Tenant Replacement Protection
Finding a tenant is time-consuming and expensive. If we place a tenant with you and that tenant vacates your Investment Property in less than one year (or six months with our Standard or Advanced Plans), we will place a new qualified tenant at no additional cost.
Thirty-Day Rental Promise
We understand how important turnaround is to you and your bottom line. If we don’t rent your Investment Property in Thirty Days or less (when following the recommendations of your Management Team), we will waive your first month’s Management Fee.
